Shipping Policy


This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms, obligations, and expectations between our business and our customers. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions described below. This policy is designed to provide transparency, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure a smooth experience for both sides.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are:

  • Made‑to‑order or custom items: 3–7 business days

  • Ready‑to‑ship items: 1–3 business days

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
If we experience unusually high order volume or delays due to supply issues, production constraints, or other operational factors, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and your location, but typical estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package size

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your package

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


6. Service Interruptions & Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Labor shortages

  • Transportation disruptions

These delays are outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates when carrier interruptions occur.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Damaged upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a claim or resolution.


8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the continental United States.
